Students' Art Gallery, autumn 2026

Thurees was one of the University of Gothenburg students selected for the autumn 2026 exhibition in the Students' Art Gallery, on floor 5 of the Social Sciences Library. She showed two large framed photographs: The Ordinary Filipino's Breakfast, a deep-blue still life of a flower, a dried fish, and an orange, and Mother Dear, a mirrored composition in rust and pink. The library also chose her still life of a pizza cutter balanced on a sweet potato and a tomato for the exhibition poster. The show opened on 10 September and hangs through the autumn semester.
